What data we collect and why

This website has no forms and does not ask for your data. We only process the data you send us when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, or when you book a course or a dive: name, contact details, diving certification, the information in the mandatory medical questionnaire and, if you ask for one, invoicing details.

We use them to answer you, to manage your booking and the course, to issue your SSI certification and the insurance where it is included, and to comply with our tax obligations.

Legal basis

• The contract or pre-contractual steps you request (bookings and courses).
• Your explicit consent for the health data in the medical questionnaire, which is needed to dive safely.
• Legal obligations (invoicing and tax records).

Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to provide the service: SSI (to register your certification), the insurance company when insurance is included, and our tax advisers. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

While the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting records).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to rubibuceo@gmail.com. If you consider that your data has not been handled correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
